High Precision Infra-red Thickness Gauge
This thickness measurement system is based on HYMC's nearly 30 years of experience in the carbon fiber industry. After communicating with the production operators of many customers , it is a film thickness detection system specially developed for various thermal resins coating needs. It can be separately sold as an independent gauge system or integrated together with the HYMC coating machine. The software system developed to meet the production operating conditions provides various parameter settings , records test results , storage and output .

- Online horizontal scanning speed : 0 ~ 6 cm/s, can be adjusted according to customer needs.
- Online vertical production speed : according to the customer's production speed , the fastest is 50m/min.
- Product width detection range : 300 mm ~ 1600 mm, which can be matched according to customer product requirements.
- Various fixed-point or horizontal scanning detection can be set.
